 When I do this:

  1. Apply a bunch of updates
  2. Run a scan with PHP File Change Scanner which reports a large number of modified+new files (say 1000+)

And then attempt to:
  1. Vew Report
  2. set Marked Safe = No
  3. set View = All
  4. select all entries
  5. select the Mark Safe button

...the scanner exits to the Control Panel and the entries do not get marked safe.

I am experiencing this failure on multiple installations.

I am using View = 100 and to mark safe 100 at a time, but this is cumbersome for managing trusted mass-updates.

Please advise.

Many thanks,
Scott

Hello Scott,

you don't have to mark all files as safe, you simply have to mark the files that have a threat score greater than 0.
You can easily do that by ordering by Threat level and then select only the few files (usually a dozen) that have a score greater than 0.

Hi Davide,

Well... that rocks. I was after scans resulting in zero found. Now I see what is actually intended and essential.

This will help me a great deal along with the report comment feature.

Thank you!
