" No, not at all. We have detected that you are using a server type which is incompatible with NginX configuration files (e.g. Microsoft IIS, Apache, Lightspeed or Lighttpd). Using the NginX Configuration Maker will have absolutely no effect on your site."

What does this mean ?

Hello,

we just discovered a bug about the warning message. If you are using a webserver different than Apache, it was always returning "not supported".
you can ignore it for now, you will find the fix in the next version.
