What to do if i can't reach my own site backend if i am working (temporary) from another computer or from another country?
If i can't reach the backend, i cannot add IP's or make changes in the white list.

Hello,

you can manually disable the system plugin using FTP, you can find more info here.

Well, in that case you can't do that, unless you know how to manually connect to your site using the built-in functions of your operating system: Windows, Linux and Mac can always start an FTP connection, but you have to manually type all the commands.
If you keep traveling a lot and you don't always have the same IP address, then you'll have to disable the IP whitelist feature, it only makes sense if you connect from a small range of IPs.
