 Hi

I have had a few people say they cannot access our site from their university. I can't see them being blocked in a log. Is there a setting to allow people to access the site from behind such a network?

Are you using the GeoBlocking feature? The "Anonymous proxy" and "Other country" settings may be blocking people accessing your site from the university, especially if the university is running an anonymous proxy service, a Tor exit node or any other service which may have been reported as an "anonymous proxy".

You have what installed? I asked you about whether you enabled GeoBlocking. If you have enabled (not "installed") the GeoBlocking feature but have not selected any options you should disable the GeoBlocking feature. You do not have to uninstall the Admin Tools component (not "plugin"). Let's try changing one thing at a time. Doing a bunch of random changes all at once doesn't help determine what is going on.
