Upon update from 3.8.3 to 3.8.4 I am getting a notice at the top of the Admin Tools main page:
Notice: Undefined variable: extraQuery in /home/MYUSERACCOUNT/public_html/MYDOMAIN.com/administrator/components/com_admintools/models/updates.php on line 62

Please retry downloading 3.8.4 afresh and install it again on your site, without uninstalling it before.

Do remember to download afresh. I believe you ended up downloading the wrong package before I had the chance to replace it.
