No. You have a broken server setup. If you are really using NginX as a proxy, PHP runs inside Apache. This means that the server reports itself as Apache to PHP. In your setup it reports itself as NginX. Therefore you have a server setup. Trust me, I know, our own site uses NginX as a proxy in front of Apache (that's how we got HTTP/2 support to begin with).
So, no, I will not introduce a bug to address a broken server setup. Please fix your server setup. I cannot tell you how, I am not a systems administrator. Sorry. Please ask your host.
