 We have 1 person updating content on Joomla K2 , very often we get ban from our site, on our office use dinamic IP, we need to wait 5 min to continue working, but this is to anoying but we expect that security be for all other user to access the public site, but the administrator no why this happend so many times a day?

You need to look at the Security Exceptions Log to find out why this user is getting banned. Once we know why, we may be able to work around the problem.

Please go into Joomla!'s Global Configuration settings and extend your session time. I think the session is expiring and that is causing the problem. You can't really fix that but extending the time limit should reduce it significantly.
