Sorry to open this ticket in this section. I could not open it in ticket system section.
Just a question about ticket system. I have not paid yet for a suscription. I want to renew my actualESSENTIAL suscription to DELUXE. But first I would like to check if TICKET is working for me as CORE or Registered.
I installed it as CORE. it is working but when a new ticket is done, never the email by default or managers receive any notification that new ticket is.
I did something wrong? I checked the setup and configuration by default and the Joomla email never receive the notification too..
