 Hello everybody,

On one of my website, my Download ID is not applied. I of course pasted it and pressed the button, but the green notice "you need to enter..." is still displayed.

Do you have an idea why?

Hello Sandra,

do you have Joomla cache enabled?
If that's your case, it means that when we check if the Download ID is applied, Joomla returns the old, blank value, thus the warning.
You should disable the cache, apply the Download ID and then re-enable it.

For your information, in the next version we have deployed a workaround for this harmless but annoying issue.
