 Is there a way to not log / email WAF Blacklist issues? I cannot find it in error logging.

Yes, under Web Application Firewall, Configure WAF, on the Joomla! Feature Hardening Options tab, set Treat failed logins as security exceptions to "No".

But if I do that, then these will not count correct and therefor people can keep on doing this login thing.

Can this not be added to exceptions like all others?

The blacklist can't be excluded but the login failure can, use loginfailure for the code. As I understand it, the autoban works from the log, so this is going to mess up the autoban too. That is too deep into the mechanics for me to be sure, you'll have to try it.
