Not directly. You can dump the contents of the #__admintools_ipautoban table through phpMyAdmin or any similar database management tool your host provides. You can export in CSV and import to Microsoft Office Excel, Apple Numbers, OpenOffice Calc, Google Sheets and many other spreadsheet applications and services.
