 Hello,

I have a website running jreviews.com which is sending all uploaded media to www.encoding.com for encoding the files (in this case mp3 files)
If i use the .htaccess maker to create a secure .htaccess the encoding.com system is unable to download files from the server. I have been trying to disable parts of the .htaccess but this is a matter of trial and error for me now.

Any idea if there is a certain setting i need to disable when using encoding.com service ?

The .htaccess file works at the server level so whatever is blocking the encoding.com service happens long before Admin Tools gets involved. There would not be any help in the Admin Tools logs. The actual error would be in your server error log. That would probably give us a clue what is being blocked.
