Hello Steve,

as I wrote in the other ticket, only your host can give you the correct string, you should contact him.
I gave him the instructions for Siteground hosting, since I already used it and I can remember its interface.

this is for siteground as well and they keep telling me to use the cpanel php version to change it .... if i do that does it not override the htaccess created by admin tools?

Well, give it a try.
Save the current .htaccess file and try to change the PHP version, does your .htaccess file change? If so, manually copy the changes inside the Htaccess Maker page inside the field Custom rules on top of the file
