 Hello, I receive all mail notifications as "superadmin" in English.
I created a language overide en-GB.override.ini with text in french, my profile as an administrator is french default language in the user menu, I set the plugin admintools in choise language "fr-FR" ....all it does not change anything ?

Please read our documentation on Email Templates and change your email templates. Language overrides are not supported for emails since two years ago.
