IT would be great if we could filter the Security Exceptions Log to view only items that have not or have been added to the black list.

Then do note that this would require running a lengthy algorithm for each and every item in the log (hundreds to thousands of items). If you didn't get a maximum execution time error (timeout) you'd definitely run out of memory if you're filtering more than 50-100 items. Therefore implementing such a feature would be a bad idea and that's why we've ruled it out since early 2011.
