 Dear Admin,

We have already whitelisted client's public IP address but when client try to access to login (3 times invalid credentials attempts) either Joomla main page or administrator page was blocked by Admin tool.

So how to completely whitelist for client IP even though they are trying with invalid login attempts since we already known that source is valid.

Would appreciate your help on and please advise us how to resolve it.

Thanks,
Ela

Hello,

please remember that the whitelist feature is active only if in your WAF configuration page you enabled the option Allow backend access only to whitelisted IP. If that option is off, even if your IP is inside the whitelist you will be blocked.
If you just want to prevent blocking your IP (and don't want to list every to grant them access to the backend), you simply could put your IP in the field Never block these IP.
