A client ended up with the blocked IP addresses. "Latest block reason: tmpl".

Why did the client get blocked?

Hello,

please take a look at the WAF configuration page, section Block tmpl=foo system template switch. Most likely you have instructed Admin Tools to block requests that try to change the format of your page using the tmpl variable.
You can either disable such feature or include the new keyword that was blocked.
