What is the exact format I should enter the php_value disable_functions in the Admin Htacces Maker at in the “Custom .htaccess rules at the bottom of the file” input box ?

Like this ?
php_value disable_functions "apache_note, apache_setenv, closelog, define_syslog_variables, dl, escapeshellcmd, escapeshellarg, exec, openlog, passthru, pcntl_exec, pclose, popen, popen,exec, posix_kill, proc_close, proc_get_status, proc_nice, proc_open, proc_terminate, shell_exec, show_source, system, syslog"

Hello Patrick,

yes, that should be right syntax.
You should enter the same line you would manually write in the .htaccess file
