 Hi!

i have installed Admin Tools, enabled the firewall and created the htaccess-files with the built-in htaccess-maker.
Then i made a ftp and a database backup.

I tryed to import the .sql-Backupfile in a local XAMPP-testdatabase and get the error in the attachment:
("atools-sqlimport")
#1050 - Table 'bplrd_admintools_acl' already exists

when i try to import an old sql-dump, which was created before the installation of admin-tools-pro, there are no problems with the import.

when i take a look at the cuurent-my-sql-settings at my website, i can see only 1 table which is called 'bplrd_admintools_acl' (see attachment: "atools-sql-table")

can you help me with this issue?

thank you and best regards from austria,
andreas

Hello Andreas,

the problem is not related to Admin Tools, but to the backup process.
In the database dump, you are not checking if the table already exists, hence the error.
I'd strongly suggest you to use Akeeba Backup Core (the free version) for your backups, that will speed up your tasks.

Hi!

I have tryed the akeeba backup too, and this works fine.

but i also want to take sql and ftp backups separately.
i have checked the database, the error occured on the 1st table, and the database is totaly empty

i activated the optimize-database-option in the backend after installing admin tools, is it possible that this function has made some changes in the database?
i have tryed an older version of the database, this works fine, i dont change the settings during the export of the database

Thank you!
