In the morning of November 11th we performed an upgrade to our site. Because of this update the download URLs used by the extensions update have changed. We have already changed the update streams to reflect that information. However you may experience update issues for the following reasons:
1. The update server is on a CDN. Whenever we change something it may take anywhere from a minute up to 1 hour for the edge node of the CDN closest to your site's server to receive the update. This should normally not be a problem right now but if you're unsure just wait an hour before following the rest of these instructions.
2. Joomla! caches the update results for 6 hours by default (and up to 24 hours depending on your configuration). You need to clear the update cache. Log in to your site and go to Extensions, Manage. Click on the Update link on the right and then click the Clear Cache and Find Updates buttons, in this order. If problem #1 has already been resolved then you will be able to download and install the updates. If not, please wait for a day and retry.
