The content manager has administrator access and is blocked each time he tries to log in.

I am permanently deleting the blocked Admin Ip and adding his new IP to the white list and at times to the "never block these Ip" list.

Our IPs are always changing and it is not possible to control this. I have tried a number of different configurations but none seem to work.

Please advise if there is a way around this as it is most inconvenient.

Hello

It is always Admin IP Whitelist. Unfortunately I delete these so I dont have one to look at.

Ok, so you have to disable the option Allow administrator access only to IPs in Whitelist.
Since you have dynamic IPs, you can't use this feature.
The best way is to protect your backend with an additional password, that should do the trick.
