 Hello,

We would like to notify you that the IP address 217.133.89.141 is now blocked from accessing your site, KREACONTRACT SRL, until 2015-07-31 15:14:58 GMT.

If this is your own IP address, please use an FTP client to rename plugins/system/admintools/admintools/main.php -depending on your Joomla! version- to main.php.bak, login to your site's back-end and use the Auto IP Blocking Administrator button in Admin Tools' Web Application Firewall panel page to remove the auto ban on your IP. Also remember to clear any Exceptions Log entries with your IP so that you don't get blocked again. Then, rename main.php.bak back to main.php and try accessing your site.

I followed the instructions I found on the site , but I can not access
"Rename plugins/system/admintools/admintools/main.php -depending on your Joomla! version- to main.php.bak" Now i see from www.kreacontract.it :

Yes, you can. Use an FTP programme or your hosting control panel's file manager to go into your site's plugins directory. Find the system directory and go into it. You will see the admintools directory. Go into it. There's another directory called admintools. Go into it. There's a file called main.php. Rename it to main.php-bak.

Please note that these instructions have worked on hundreds of people before you. Nevermind us doing exactly the same when we inadvertently block ourselves.

I reset the password using db but not access equally
