First off, uninstalling one of our components will not remove Akeeba Strapper or FOF automatically. You'd have to do that manually, even though we do not have such a thing published in our documentation. Therefore: uninstalling Akeeba Backup did not break Admin Tools. You doing something
other than what we have documented broke Admin Tools. Please tell me who told you to uninstall Akeeba Strapper because they gave you a very bad instruction :(
Secondly, the file in question is being looked for in the media/akeeba_strapper folder of your site. If you really did copy the files or reinstalled Admin Tools as you said you did the problem should have gone away. I have four suspicions. From least to most likely:
1. You uploaded the files to the wrong directory or the wrong site.
2. You did not copy the correct files and/or create a subdirectory inside media/akeeba_strapper. The exact contents of the media/akeeba_strapper directory must be:
css/
img/
js/
less/
strapper.ini
strapper.php
version.php
version.txt
Items ending in slash are subdirectories.
3. The file The
media/akeeba_strapper/strapper.php file contains the AkeebaStrapper class Admin Tools is looking for. This file is either missing or corrupt.
4. Since you're using a PHP version greater than or equal to PHP 5.5.0 it's extremely likely that there's a code cache enabled which "remembers" that the media/akeeba_strapper/strapper.php file is gone
even though you have replaced it. Ask SiteGround about instructions on resetting the code cache. This happens a lot since hosts upgraded to PHP 5.5.0. If SiteGround gives you instructions please relay them to me, I'd like to include them in our documentation instead of having to tell half a dozen people every week to ask their hosts to reset their code caches.
