I would like to track all users (and administrators) logins into the site. Do you have this option in Admintools?

there's isn't such feature inside Admin Tools and, as far as I know, there are no plans on adding to.
You can just do a quick search inside the Joomla Extension Directory, I think you'll easily find what you need.
