 When I attempt to manually update (login to akeebabackup.com, manually download ZIP, use Joomla extension manager to upload and install) to admin tools 3.4.4, the installer returns these errors:

The control panel indicates that I'm still running admin tools v3.4.3 (despite the message "Installing component was successful."

I cannot now access my extensions manager. Joomla returns this error when I attempt to access extensions manager:

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/vservers/datavantage/htdocs/administrator/components/com_akeeba/models/installer.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/pear:/usr/share/php') in /vservers/datavantage/htdocs/plugins/system/srp/srp.php on line 164

Any help you can offer would be appreciated.

1. To regain access to your Joomla! Extension Manager: Disable the System - System Restore Point plugin.
2. The installation problem looks like a permissions problem. You can check the permissions on the /plugins folder and re-try the installation or enable Joomla!'s FTP layer in Global Configuration.

I disabled the System-System Restore Points plugin, can now access my Extension Manager, fixed permissions on /plugins, manually installed Admin Tools 3.4.4, reenabled System-System Restore Points plugin, and everything is now working as expected.
