I have troubles submitting the sitemaps to Google and Bing with JSitemap Pro. It seems it is caused by Admin Tools, at the moment I disable the Admin tools plugin I have no problems submitting them but when enabled I get as a result the following error:

Your Sitemap does not contain any URLs.

Where the sitemap does contain urls, when you go directly to it there's no problem

Your text to link here...

I need some assistance here since it is way over my head.

Your link is wrong, it has nothing to do with Admin Tools. Replace all & a m p ; with a single ampersand. It then seems to be working fine: https://www.dropbox.com/s/g9ll7thc2di73vx/Screenshot%202015-02-03%2015.09.14.png?dl=0

Sorry for the confusion, it is not about the link itself, on copy and paste the link went wrong, that's right.

But I cannot submit the sitemap to Google or Bing as long as Admin Tools is running. When I have the plugin active, the error is as stated, Your Sitemap does not contain any URLs.

When I disable the plugin, both Google as Bing accept the sitemap without any problem. So sorry for the confusing on copy and paste error for the link, but it is admin tools causing my issue. Maybe I just turned something on what I should not turn on, but I'm not able to find where or what. Also adding the 'com_jmap' to the exceptions doesn't solve the problem.

I've added two screens of the sitemap test with and without admin tools running.

First go to Admin Tools, Web Application Firewall, Configure WAF. Make sure "Log security exceptions" is set to Yes; if it's not, set it to Yes and click on Save. Now try reproducing your issue (visit the sitemap URL). Immediately after that, please go to Admin Tools, Web Application Firewall, Security Exceptions Log. The latest log entry at the top should have the date and time of when the issue occurred. Please copy the Reason and Target URL here so that we can further help you.

Sorry it seems I'm not able to explain the issue correctly, but it doesn't show there since there is no problem accessing that link directly.

http://www.albirms.com/index.php?option=com_jmap&view=sitemap&format=xml&lang=nl

if you go to that link it will show the XML without any problem.

But if I try to submit the sitemap to google webmaster tools I get the error Your Sitemap does not contain any URLs while the sitemap itself is correct, check by clicking on the above link.

At the moment I switch off admin tools in the plugins I am able to submit the link to google and bing without any problem. But as you understand I don't want to switch off admin tools.

Can it be something with the .httaccess file?

Disabling the System - Admin Tools plugin does not change your .htaccess file. This is why I am not talking about it.

If you don't see a log entry in Admin Tools' Security Exceptions Log regarding the URL of the sitemap then the problem you have has nothing to do with Admin Tools.

But how do you explain that disabling the admin tool plugin resolves the problem?

I just thought of something else which would satisfy all pieces of information you have provided, result in a block and not leave a trace.

Are you using Geographic IP blocking? If you do, disable it. It does what it says it will do: block all requests coming from IPs belonging to the countries you chose to block.

Also, if you have enabled the IP blacklist try disabling it. It is possible that you have inadvertently blocked the IP ranges used by the search engines to contact your site and read the site map.
