 I have set a WAF exception com_responsivizer and query paramater template= in URL which was the error message showing, but i am still getting a 403 error when I am converting standard web pages to mobile pages.

I have other WAF exceptions set up which work perfectly, but this one is a problem.

Any ideas?

Hello Pamela,

I suspect the your component is triggering another security exception, not excluded by WAF exceptions.
Can you please go inside WAF configuration page and set the option Block template=foo site template switch to No?
