1. Please download the documentation in PDF format. Downloads, find Admin Tools, click All files, you should now see "Documentation in PDF format". Click to download, extract the ZIP file you downloaded, you now have the docs in PDF format.

2. Not a CRON job, it's in the options of the System - Admin Tools plugin. Details in the documentation.

Sorry for the lack of more detailed instructions. There's a black out and my only way to communicate is over an iPad with a very slow, metered 3G connection.
