 How do I disable the 'you are a spammer....' message so I can get to my site?

I have renamed main.php to main-disable.php per the docs but the message still appears.

Hello William,

did you renamed the correct file?
Renaming it will simple disable it, since Joomla won't be able to find the file he's looking for.
Please double check it
