 Hello,

Let me start by saying my technical abilities are limited, I am a user and not a programmer or server administrator, so please have patience with me.

I am finding that the permissions indicated in Admin Tools does not match what the permissions are on my server. For example, Admin Tools tells me the configuration.php file is set at 777. However the Joomal global configuration cannot write to the file.

I have run across this situation several times since using Admin Tools. What do I need to do, so that Admin Tools shows the same thing as the server and I can use Admin Tools to change permissions?

The site in question is dev.playacommmunity.com. We are in the process of upgrading www.playacommunity.com

Thanks

nicholas
