I updated admin tools in all my clients websites and now url secrect parameter is not working. Actually I dont know if the firewall itself is not working at all because I dont know how to check it up. What shall I do??? (Please see attached file)

This is normal behavior if the IP that you are accessing the site from is in the IP white list.
There is also an exception if you access the site with the secret word, log out, then access the site without the secret word. The site "remembers" that you know the secret word for that browser session.
