 I have installed Admin Tools at:

http://posicionamientopanama.com/index.php/es/

and only get the index displaying.

Do you know what is causing this issue?

The two most common causes of this are:

1. You need to enter the site url in the $live_site variable in configuration.php

   http://posicionamientopanama.com/index.php/es/

2. Your RewriteBase variable in .htaccess is not set correctly.

The website was fine before I installed Admin Tools.

The site is multi lingual so it has http://posicionamientopanama.com as the live site

Not sure what you mean by Your RewriteBase variable in .htaccess is not set correctly. ?

If you used Admin Tools' .htaccess Maker, that would, by default, set the RewriteBase to the root of the site.

Also in .htaccess Maker, you need to specify your actual template folder in the proper field in place of "your template name".

And lastly, in .htaccess Maker, you need to specify the site's url for http access and https access at the bottom of the setup screen.

Does the site go back to normal if you rename your .htaccess file?

Can you please disable the System - Admin Tools plugin? If the problem persists, then it can't be caused by Admin Tools. The only two ways that Admin Tools can affect the site is through the plugin or through the .htaccess file.
