Hi,
It's not a problem just something annoying. Every Time a superuser log in I got an email which says:
Hello,
We would like to notify you that a security exception was detected on your site, xxxxx, with the following details:
IP Address: xx.yyy.zz.aa (IP Lookup: IP Lookup)
Reason: Admin Query String
If this kind of security exception repeats itself, please log in to your site's back-end and add this IP address to your Admin Tools Web Application Firewall feature in order to completely block the misbehaving user.
However, this ip-address are in the white-list of administrators.
Why do I get this kind of e-mails?

The whie list is ignored unless you have enabled the IP White List feature in the Configure WAF page. However, in this case only the IPs in the IP White List will have access to the administrator area of your site. Everyone else will be denied access.

This is why there is the "Never block these IPs" field in the Configure WAF page. You can enter a comma-separated list of trusted IP addresses for which all security measures do not apply. Not only will they not raise any security exceptions (you will stop receiving emails) but they will NOT have any security restrictions applied to them. None whatsoever.

This can all be found in our documentation.

Hi,
Thanks for the explanation. Sometimes it's not so easy to understand explanations when it's not in your native language.
However, I understand it now.
Thanks,

You're welcome!

Documentation is always difficult to understand when both the person who wrote it and the person who reads it don't speak the same language. I can tell you that myself, after trying to read the English documentation of the German boiler I own. I had to go over the instructions five times to figure out what they mean :)
