 my client is continually getting blocked from the site. this has to have something to do with how they are editing orders in the administrator for their store - because after they make edits to 5 items, they are being blocked. in the security exceptions log it's showing a login failure (even though they are logged in while trying to do this). I have had their ip address in the administrator ip whitelist, but this is still happening.

is there a way to prevent the blocking on a user basis as opposed to the ip? especially since they are using a dynamic ip which may change from the last time I whitelisted them.
