I'm using MightySites to create slave sites with completely identical core files but different database. This works good for me but there is some problem with the url redirection to the slave site.

I have a master.com site and aditionally a master.com/slave site. The databases are separate with same core files.

I'm using the joomla native SEO URL and mod_rewrite function. Aditionally I created some more rules with the Admin Tools Professional "htaccess maker" so that all http://master.com/example queries are redirected to http://www.master.com/example.

This works for all the content that is part of the master site. But as soon as I have a http://master.com/slave/example query I will be redirected to http://www.master.com/example.

Do you have any idea how to solve this?

If you feel like this is not part of your support I can also pay you separately for your help :) I have attached the htaccess file of the master folder. Unfortunately I don't have any idea what all that htaccess file code means. I'm just creating joomla templates ;)

This is expected behavior for the way you have your folders set up. The main site .htaccess file is inherited by the slave site. You can read the explanation and solution here: https://www.akeebabackup.com/documentation/troubleshooter/atsubdomains.html.

I don't think it is the www redirection that is causing the problem, it is the index.php redirection. www.drk-barsinghausen.de/egestorf/index.php is being redirected to www.drk-barsinghausen.de/index.php.
