 Upgrading from 3.2.0 to 3.2.1
upgrade goes well and says "Success - you have installed" (or similar), but immediately, the page goes blank // both the front and back-end.

Apache log says:
PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function getQuery() on a non-object in /var/www/domainname/plugins/system/admintools/feature/autoipfiltering.php on line 24

I read 2 similar tickets and was able to restore the front - and backend (by deleting /plugins/system/admintools) :) However subsequent installation did the same process :(

I also read about: "You may also want to delete the administrator/modules/mod_atjupgrade directory" but this directory is not in J2.5.26 (there is one called mod_akadmin)

I also tried to uninstall Admin Tools (for fresh install) and all uninstalled except for the plugin (error, which makes sense as I deleted this above). However, early in the install, another blank page (at URL: http://domainname.tld/administrator/index.php?option=com_installer&view=install)

So from here, can you suggest any follow up I can try? thanks!!

Some additional info:

I also tried the same operation on another site on another Server.
I upgraded to 2.5.26, upgraded Akeeba Backup OK, upgraded JCE OK, but when I tried to upgrade Admin Tools, same blank page (temporarily fixed by deleting /plugins/system/admintools)
