 Hello

In the firewall I entered my gmail address to be notified when there is an exception.

The notification emails go to my spam folder. I have told gmail numerous times that they are NOT SPAM. gmail insists sending them to spam.

How do I fix this? I am afraid I will miss some notifications.

ps: it would be great if you initialize (default) the "mandatory information" from last ticket. Very rarely they change.

Hello,

sadly that's something that doesn't depend from Admin Tools.
Maybe you are receiving too many mails, or Google algorithm flags them as spam or the server where your site relies has been included in some black lists.
The last option is the most probably one: maybe another site that is installed on the same server is sending a massive amount of emails, so the whole server (and all the sites that are inside it) are added to one or more blacklists.

The only thing you can do is to contact your host and ask him to double check if you're in the "bad guy" list.

I am checking with my host.

However I think the problem lies elsewhere. Gmail reports that:

"This message may not have been sent by: [email protected]"

Gmail complains that the senders PRETENDS to be [email protected] (my actual gmail account), while it is sent by my hosting server or I do not know where. (I really do not know what is the mechanism for sending this email. Maybe I can change this configuration and solve the problem).

This means that you are using your Gmail account to send data from your server.
Please take a look at this guide published by Google to fix your issue
