Both the Core and Professional versions of all of our software published since February 2013 require PHP 5.3.3 or later. Your host is using an ancient, buggy and INSECURE version of PHP.

Please note that PHP 5.3.2 was released on March 4, 2010. Proof. The latest and last version of PHP 5.3 is 5.3.28 which is twenty six versions newer. PHP versions go from 5.3.1 to 5.3.2, 5.3.3, ..., 5.3.9, 5.3.10, 5.3.11, ..., 5.3.19, 5.3.20 etc. Therefore your host is more than four years and twenty six versions behind.

Finally please note that PHP 5.3 is end of life which means that even if your host upgraded today to the latest and final PHP 5.3 version it would still be insecure.

Please contact your host and ask them to upgrade to a decent, modern version of PHP. Ideally you should move your site to another host, one which applies security updates to their server. Your host has the same server software ever since they first set up their servers more than 4 years ago. This is extremely insecure. There is no point trying to install Admin Tools when the server your site is installed on has more holes than a sieve!
