 Hi guys,

My problem centres on using Watchful.li.

Prior to installing Akeeba Pro Watchful.li was able to periodically verify my site.

Since installation i now receive a CURL error. This can be duplicated because watchful needs to gain access to http://www.ticklingtrout.com/components/com_watchfulli/send.php, if you do this manually you get the 403 Error (which is Access Denied as I understand).

I have added 173.199.154.160, 173.199.154.161 (which are the IP addresses that Watchful uses) to 'exception from blocking' and 'Administrator Whitelist'

I have added components/com_watchfulli/send.php to 'WAF Exceptions'

But I still can't get Joomla to allow access to this file.

Jon,

If you used the .htaccess Maker, you would need to add the exception for the send.php program there. I think it is your .htaccess file that is blocking it.

I've updated the .htaccess file, but I have the same problem, please see attached.

Please let me know if I've configured the htaccess file incorrectly

That looks right, are you sure you're getting the same error? What I'm looking for is are we getting the 403 on a different file, we would have to do the same process on it.

I'm not sure what I should be getting with another file, but when I access the same component on another site without Akeeba Pro, for example

http://www.click-fix.co/components/com_watchfulli/send.php

I get deprecated returned.

Both files have 0644 permission levels.

Are you able to suggest another file on the same site?
