The old Download ID is stuck in the Joomla! update cache. That is one of the faults with the Joomla! Extension Manager, there isn't any way to force the cache to update. When you get the new version installed, there is a "Refresh" button on the main page of the Akeeba extensions to do just that.
If you give it a few hours, the cache will expire and the problem will solve itself. If you are in a hurry, you will need to download Admin Tools from our website and install it manually. Do not uninstall Admin Tools. If you do you will lose all your settings. Just install it over the version that is already there.
