 Hi, I download a full copy of my site to my localhost by Xampp, but I m not able to login the backend, because I set a username and passowrd. to protect the backend by Admin tools.
I have enable the mod_rewite:

but still not able.

That user name and password is triggered in an .htaccess file in the /administrator folder. You can just rename or delete that file to be able to turn off the user name and password request. If you want to use it on your localhost, just create it again in Admin Tools.
