#19140 User management: No changes possible when Admin tool plugin is activated

 Perhaps it`s a simple setting issue but I can't find something.

My problem is that an activated Admin tools plugin prevents that I can work (create, change) with the user management extension in backend. In the moment when I want to save my settings, nothing is saved and the complete window is damage (ignores the CSS).

Do you have a solution?
