#19082 URL Redirection Saved But Not Shown in List

 I just updated my Admin Tools to 2.6, and tried to add an URL redirection.
However, after I saved it, it's not shown in the list below, even when it says "URL Redirection saved".

May I know why?

I found that I need to select the PUBLISHED in the published drop down menu to show the list.
The default "-- select state --" doesn't show the list until I first choose PUBLISHED from the drop down then choose "-- select state --" back.
