I recently started using the Geo IP blocking feature in Admintools. Since that time I have been receiving a 403 Forbidden error from Webcron when using the remote backup feature of AkeebaBackup. When I whitelist the Webcron IP addresses listed on their site, I still hit the same 403 error. When I unblock Europe from the list of Geo IP blocked addresses, I have no problem. Is there a way around this, where I can still block Europe using Geo IP and allow for Webcron access to AkeebaBackup?

No, the GeoIP block is either on or off, there are no exceptions.
Geo blocking is really not effective. This is one of those features that cause people to show up in Nicholas' front yard with pitchforks and torches when he threatens to remove it. Hackers don't use their own IP addresses to attack your site. They would use a bot net or proxy, either of which would easily defeat the GeoIP block.
