 Hi, I have read your forum posts and the documentation related with allow site templates, but this is a kind of confusing for me. Because I am not "using" the other templates that Joomla install by default, but I like to have them if I have any issue with the one that is active, what do you mean with "if you are using?" I understand "use" if I change the template and all of ther are active once in a while, but if I have them just in case I need them, I am using them?

Also, let me tell you that I am dissapointed with this product, because before it, I didn't have this kind of problems, I was working with another security suite. Even I am angry, because I have found out why another 2 websites I have don't appears in google page results even when I have purchased SEO extensions, is because YOUR FIREWALL!, is a pain in the neck to configure it, believe me.

I think that this software has a lot of fase positives.

If is possible please help me.

If you take 5 minutes to read the documentation page I've linked in every other similar question you will see that even though you are not using the system templates for displaying your site, the stupid "Send page by email" feature in Joomla!'s article manager does use it. Me and others have reported it as a bug to the Joomla! project. We were told it's not. However, IT IS a bug in Joomla! and they don't want it fixed.

The fact that our software does block everything is not something you should be angry about. It means that it actually WORKS. Before writing Admin Tools I had already tried other security software. I was able to launch the most common hacks against them and they didn't even try to stop me. If you want a "security" software that's securing your site only in your imagination you can of course choose one of them. If you want a real security product you have it, but you have to configure it. Did you read the disclaimer? You must configure Admin Tools and to do that you must read the documentation to first understand what each option does and then consider if that protection feature will cause any trouble on your site.
