 we have problems viewing images on our site: sometimes do not load, others are damaged. our hosting with dedicated server told us that the htaccess file to create this problem, we have created your no alterations, what can it be?

You will have to do some .htaccess troubleshooting. You may need to read the general .htaccess troubleshooting page, as well as the page on finding out necessary .htaccess exceptions.
