Please see attached screen capture. I am getting admin query string attacks, but the attacker has successfully masked his incoming IP address. Is there anything one can do?

The IP address is reported to PHP by your web server. There is nothing you can do about it.
That said, I'd definitely advise you to upgrade to a newer version of Admin Tools. Your version is very much out of date.
