I can't find a file called main.php in plugins/system/admintools

I found one in plugins/system/admintools/admintools

I renamed it, but I still get the message. Has the file moved somewhere?

I thought I had put my ip as a safe IP, so I didn't see this coming at all.

The one in /plugins/system/admintools/admintools should do the trick. Make sure that you don't have some sort of a cache running that will pull the main.php file even after you rename it.
