 Even though I installed the upgrade, I am still getting email asking me to upgrade my admintool. sometimes I get 5 and 10 copies at the same time for the same account asking to upgrade my Admin Tool.

what can I do to solve this issue.

Click on the Update icon, where it says you have the latest version. Next click the bar at the bottom to Refresh update information. That should get it back into sync.
