The IPS is blocking some French, Indonesian, China ... because: DFIShield. You can explain it? DFIShield and serving. Should I keep blocking those IPs?

Seeing these URLs I believe these are actual attacks against an old version of JCE which would allow direct file uploads to unauthorized users, something which was fixed a few months ago. Unless you have a specific reason to believe that these are legitimate requests by users of your site I would suggest not doing anything further and let Admin Tools block these attacks.

Blocking IP ranges is hardly ever necessary. You run the risk of locking out potential visitors instead of hackers (hackers change their IPs frequently)
